PMKVY Skill Development Program - Q4 2024 Progress Report
We are pleased to share the Quarter 4, 2024 Progress Report for our PMKVY Skill Development Program. This quarter has seen significant achievements across all training centers.
Key Achievements This Quarter:
- Successfully trained 425 students across 5 different skill sectors
- Achieved 92% placement rate with industry partners
- Launched 3 new training modules in IT and Digital Skills
- Conducted 15 industry workshops and career counseling sessions
- Established partnerships with 8 new employers for placements
Upcoming Activities:
- New batch enrollment starting January 15, 2025
- Industry visit to leading companies in Pune and Mumbai
- Certification ceremony for Q4 2024 batch
Recent Updates
Healthcare Training Program - Batch 12 Progress
Batch 12 of our Healthcare Training Program has completed 60% of the curriculum. 45 students are currently in clinical training phase with partner hospitals.
Entrepreneurship Development Program - Success Story
This month, 12 entrepreneurs from our program successfully launched their businesses. Total businesses created this year: 48, generating employment for 120+ individuals.
Retail Management Training - New Center Inauguration
Our new Retail Management Training Center in Kolhapur is set to open on January 5, 2025. The center will accommodate 100 students per batch with state-of-the-art facilities.
3000+ Beneficiaries Milestone Celebration
We celebrated reaching the milestone of 3000+ beneficiaries across all programs. A special ceremony was held with stakeholders, partners, and community members.
IT Skills Training - Industry Partnership Update
New partnership with leading IT companies for advanced training modules. 30 students have been selected for specialized certification programs in cloud computing and cybersecurity.
Community Outreach Program - Village Visits
Completed 25 village visits this month, reaching 500+ families with information about skill development programs and government schemes. Awareness sessions conducted in 8 districts.
